Music is a huge influence in my life and the visual aspect of the music video, while dying in traditional media outlets, lives on in the online world. Check out the videos of songs I'm listening to and add your take or destroy my own personal critique of the song in question.

Kanye West - Runaway (Full-length Film)
A full 34-plus minutes of Kanye West doing what he does best - be self-absorbed and a self-described ass hole and douchebag simultaneously but at about 15:00 into this feature length film comes the true music video for "Runaway", his first single worthy of being a hit since before he made a huge ass of himself at the MTV VMAs in 2009. I am about as far away as one could get from being a fan of most anything hip-hop but there is just something about the quality and bravado of Kanye's music that strikes a chord with me. The piano and orchestral qualities of "Runaway" when coupled with the ballet-laden video make this a song that actually deserves to be hugely successful. Sadly, the only place I've heard any radio airplay locally was courtesy of TOny Fly on 96/3 Now-FM.
If you like music and arts in general then you must LOVE photos, check out my photo project, MinnPics. It's all about Minnesota, the state in which I live.
