In the beginning he's the leader. She willingly enters the relationship, and HE's the one driving the relationship, controlling where they are going together. Once he decides to break from control and stop pretending that she does not phase him, the relationship parks or stands still, and while they are hooking up she is smiling knowing full well that she is going to be in control from now on, and she probably always has been. Then she is the new driver. They are exes with benefits: ill-advised.
