Leona Naess - Charm Attack

I'm fairly sure I first heard Charm Attack by Leona Naess in the late 1990s. I'm not sure where I first heard but I instantly liked the song. It was different than whatever it was the angsty female singers were offering up at the time and it was a welcome departure from a music scene becoming increasingly dominated by rap/metal acts which would quickly burn out. Seeing this video makes me wonder if Leona Naess ever achieved any level of fame. The polished quality of her music tells me that she was definitely ready for the limelight but was the limelight ready for her?
